Custom Orders In the event that the product purchased represents a custom order from the manufacturer, the customer may be assessed related shipping costs or other incidental fees related to the custom order. Returns by Mail Central Welding Supply does not accept returns by mail. In the event of special circumstances where a customer may be instructed to do so by the retail location where the original purchase was made, the customer should use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returned products, and should insure the package for safe return to Central Welding Supply for the full value of the shipment so that the customer is protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose to use a carrier that does not offers tracking or insure the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
